Tacori Earrings
Has anyone had issue with Tacori earrings causing sore and infected ears?? First time I wore my new Tacori stud style earrings both ears became infected and hurt after just 6 hours by of wearing them.
Haven't worn a them since. Figured they must have nickel and probably going to take them back.
Never again
I have bought a few rings from Tacori. My diamonds have fallen out of my ring, despite being romanced a few times they fall out again.
My ring looks like a smile with missing teeth.
I recently purchased online a beautiful looking amethyst ring, when I received it, it loooks like a cheap piece of play jewellery. They really don’t care if you are happy or not.
- It looked cheap and nasty
- Did not want to help
- No return
Tacori Ring Review
My taco right wedding band totally wore out within 4 years. It used to sparkle w small diamonds now it just looks like there are no diamonds. Just worn out metal
Do Not Buy Tacori
My husband purchased my Tacori engagement ring and wedding band about ten years ago. The shape of my ring has literally warped into an oval THREE TIMES.
The jeweler that my husband purchased it from is thankfully giving us our full money back to purchase a different set (ten years later). They also no longer have a contract with Tacori because of the many issues their consumers have had with their Tacori jewelry.
There is no doubt that Tacori makes a beautiful piece, however; the craftsmanship is truly ***. Steer clear....especially if you are someone who is very sentimental and could never imagine parting with your original engagement/wedding band.
Tacori Customer Care Review
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. I am so happy I never bought anything from them in the end.
Tacori Design is beautiful but BEWARE
Don't be fooled. Tacori does not honor any kind of warranty.
There is a lot of detailed design but it wears down and out really fast. They are expensive rings, but Tacori is not a reputable jeweler for the money.
I have had my engagement ring and wedding band for 10 years and the rings started wearing out within the first year. I have waited this long because I did not want to part with my rings. Bailey Banks and Biddle closed down in my state so I brought them to another representative in the area and its basically: "too bad, so sad" we are going to charge you $700.00 to fix the beautiful ring you bought from us, but by the way, the engraving is platinum and its malleable so the engraving does not last!
NO ONE ever told me platinum was malleable.
It is very heavy and I'm shocked at the lack of service and quality of Tacori. Stay away!!!
- Designs of their rings
- Essentially told me tough luck

How long will this take?
I got my engagement ring from Tacori. According to my husband it took an extra month to get it.
Within the first month, the center stone was lose as well as three broke prongs. The jeweler did a great job fixing it. Was pretty shocked considering it was a $14,000 ring. THEN we order my wedding band that needs to be contoured to my engagement ring.
Well I decided to do it before Christmas because I was told I would have it in three weeks. It's my first Christmas being married. Therefore pictures galore of me and my husband and our rings etc etc... NOW I was told last minute that my band was made but did not pass quality control.
THEREFORE, I get to wait another three weeks. Wrong again. Apparently, Tacori takes a week off for the holidays and now I am officially waiting 2 months for my "3 week" ring. They said I won't have it until mid January.
So my guess is by Feb first it'll be sitting at a jewelers to be assembled correctly. Good by band account!
- Got back to me quickly
- Essentially told me tough luck
Preferred solution: When I hit "purchase" a list of the problems that can arise to be stated.
Tacori Ring Review
I got engaged 8 days ago. After 2 days of having my ring, one of the diamonds was missing.
While sitting at home tonight, I noticed another was missing! I absolutely love the style of my ring but can believe I've had to replace 2 diamonds already!
Loose diamonds, repaired twice, still not right.
We bought a Tacori ring in Hawaii to replace my wedding ring of 20 years. It was beautiful!!
A large square consisting of 20 smaller diamonds, approximately 1/4 carat each w/ a square center stone. We paid $15K and the center stone it held was almost 4 carats (obviously CZ) We come home, have our jeweler order a diamond, to the tune of $60K. While in store, after having the ring for a week my jeweler tells me one of the corner stones is loose! If he cleans the ring the stone will fall out!?
So he puts loose diamond in a bag and sends ring off along with new center stone. Tacori sends my ring back after 8 weeks. Finally I have a beautiful new wedding ring! Not so quick.....
Within a few months I look down and another corner stone is missing.
This time I have no idea where I lost it. Back to jeweler... Tacori claims they may charge me for diamond as it could be "wear & tear" on ring. After 7 weeks I get a call to come get my ring!
As anyone would be, I am too nervous to really wear it much, only when I am leaving the house, and not even for normal grocery store runs, etc. After a week I get a magnifying glass and realize why I'm still not happy with it.... the corner diamonds have now been set at an angle, not all of them, just 3 of the 4!?!?! So my square ring is now not even really square, just rounded out on the corners.
Needless to say every time I put it on I am furious! I am taking ring back to jeweler tomorrow to once again have them send ring back to Tacori. If there is a way to file a formal complaint, I will be doing this!!! Tacori does NOT stand up to their name!!
I would NOT recommend them to anyone!! For a grand total of $75K+ I have a ring I am too nervous of loosing a stone to even wear and it's ugly now to boot!!?!!
The angled corner stones are very obvious. Disgusted.
- Quality is subpar
Preferred solution: I want my ring fixed CORRECTLY and accurately!
Loose diamonds, never even got to wear!!
My husband surprised me with a tacori ring for Christmas. I was so excited and had always wanted one because of the beautiful ring ads i had always seen in magazines.
Point blank, you're paying for the stamp on the side...otherwise you can buy these anywhere. SAVE your money!! First, they don't come sized. My husband gave to me early so I could have it back to wear for Christmas.
When it came back,I immediately had to take back because the largest of 3 stones was extremely loose. I got back and wore for a couple days and noticed ANOTHER stone was loose. Took back to jeweler again. This time they sent back to tacori.
Let me just say that the few times I wore it I couldn't have been more gentle. Literally wore a couple hours while watching tv. I didn't do anything when wearing this ring. I make that comment because when the jeweler called back, they said tacori sent a new ring but the owner of the store wanted to speak to my husband.
He told my husband that this was a cheap ring and we should expect to continue having problems with it. At that point, my husband just asked for a refund. Did I mention this was a Christmas present and now it's the middle of March and my long awaited Christmas present is now a thing of the past. Thanks Richard and tacori for ruining what was meant to be a great gift.
What a horrible disappointment. Needless to say I no longer want a tacori now.
Tacori bracelet clasp unhinges when wearing and the bracelet falls off
I bought a Tacori bracelet 18K925 Silver Oval Link Bracelet with RoseGold Clasp. The bracelet fell off my wrist on the two occasions I wore it. It seems that their unusual rosegold clasp becomes
unclasped very easily. Since the bracelet is light, it is impossible to
hear it fall on the floor or feel it come off the wrist. Luckily, I found
it on the floor on both occasions. The clasp is designed to lock like
a button in a button hole. This does not work with my bracelet.
Unfortunately, I cannot wear it because it will fall off again and
maybe next time I won't be able to find it. Victoria
Tacori Engagement Ring Band Broke In Half
I've had my rings just over a year now. The band on both the wedding and engagement rings is a scalloped design.
I was reaching up to place something on a shelf, and the band on my wedding ring literally snapped in half at one of the narrow joints of the scalloping. I brought it to the retailer from whom the ring was purchased and was told they would have to send it to Tacori for repair. I called to check on the status today and was told Tacori will not repair it or replace it as what occurred was considered "normal wear and tear". I contest that snapping in half is part of normal wear-and-tear of an $8000 ring, especially after only one year.
Even more frustrating, the jeweler told me he has seen this occur in rings with this scalloping design before.
There is no customer service number listed on Tacori's website. Please be aware that Tacori is impossible to get in touch with and do not honor warranties.
Quality of platinum band on my diamond ring
I purchased this ring for $15,000 dollars in Woodbridge Ontario last December. I brought it back in on april because the band is completely scratched and indented.
Its as if it was hit by a hammer. They fixed it and now six months later, the band is showing the same wear and tear.
This ring was given as a Christmas present from my husband for our 25th year together. I do not want to tell him because it was I that insisted on having a Tacori ring because of the design which I love but also because I assumed it was a good product.

Stay away from Tacori!!
Update: Tacori has great customer service if you are able to get in touch with them. I would buy Tacori from a different store and would be happy to deal with Tacori directly in the future!
My wedding band cracked and a diamond popped out after two years for no apparent reason. I took it back to the store where it was purchased.
They were extremely apologetic and said they would send it back to Tacori and it would be repaired for free. I went to pick the ring up after a few weeks and checked the engraving. Not only was the engraving slanted to the point where the last word was off the ring, the font was awful, my wedding date was missing and instead of "Bless the broken road" the engraving said "Less the broken road".My original ring was hand engraved. I told the person at the store that it wasn't my ring.
The response I got, "we will fix the engraving". That was not my concern. I wanted MY wedding band back and this was not it. I researched and found Tacori's number (they don't have it posted anywhere).
I called twice and was told a manager would call me back. The manager from the store where the ring was purchased called and said Tacori called and asked me to pass on a message... They don't deal with the public and they will send paperwork to say it is your original ring!!
This company is DREADFUL. STAY AWAY!!

I was a Tacori dealer for many years and had also experienced many clients displeasure from faulty workman ship that went unresolved unless my company made good on it. I have recently experienced problems in assisting former clients, as I have since retired and cannot even get Tacori to return emails or phone calls to answer any questions
